- SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer electronically from the website www.psc-brand.com, which have the characteristics and sales prices specified below.

- GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and been informed of the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, its sales price, and payment method, as well as the delivery details on the website www.psc-brand.com, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product subject to this agreement will be delivered to the delivery address specified above via cargo by PSC within 10 business days after the order is confirmed and, in any case, within the legal period of 30 days. Official holidays and religious/national holidays are not included in this period. During delivery, the Customer will inspect the product and sign the delivery receipt. By signing the delivery receipt, the Customer or the person acting on behalf of the Customer acknowledges that they have received the product in full, complete, and undamaged condition. Delivery time and conditions may vary in extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, civil disturbances, nuclear risks and dangers, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, fires, during discount periods, and in situations caused by the Buyer (e.g., not being at the address, no authorized person to receive, the Buyer having moved from the address, etc.).
4.3. If the product is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the Buyer, the Seller shall not be held responsible for the refusal of acceptance by the recipient person/entity.
- RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without incurring any penalties. The withdrawal period begins on the day of the contract's conclusion for service contracts and on the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer takes delivery of the goods for goods contracts. However, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods.
When determining the withdrawal period:
- In cases where the goods are delivered separately under a single order, the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer takes delivery of the last good,
- In cases where the goods consist of multiple parts, the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer takes delivery of the last part,
- In contracts where goods are delivered regularly for a certain period, the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer takes delivery of the first good.
The provisions concerning the right of withdrawal related to the delivery of goods shall apply in contracts where goods and services are provided together.
5.2. Notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made in writing or via a durable data carrier before the withdrawal period expires. The Buyer may provide a clear statement indicating their decision to withdraw. The Buyer who exercises the right of withdrawal must return the product to the Seller within 10 days. If the right of withdrawal is not exercised within the period, the Buyer will lose this right. The product to be returned must be delivered in its original packaging, with all standard accessories, intact and undamaged.
5.3. Regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal and product return:
- Products without an invoice and packaging cannot be returned.
- Returns of products with damaged original packaging, which have lost their resale value, or which cannot be sold to another customer, will not be accepted. The returned product must have all its tags intact and must not have undergone any alterations.
- Cosmetic products cannot be returned.
- The returned product is first inspected by PSC. If it complies with the conditions above, the return process is initiated. Once the return is approved, an email titled "PSC RETURN REQUEST" is sent to the Buyer. Following this notification, the product amount will be refunded to the credit card within the legal period of 14 days.
- PRIVACY
The information provided by the Buyer under this agreement will be protected and kept confidential by the Seller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and relevant legislation.
- COMPETENT COURT
For any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
- OTHER PROVISIONS
8.1. This agreement is drawn up within the framework of the provisions of Turkish law and will be valid and binding under the rules of Turkish law. In any dispute arising from the implementation of this agreement, the Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts shall have jurisdiction. Complaints and appeals can be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits determined by the Turkish Ministry of Customs and Trade each December, and in cases exceeding these limits, to the Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices at the Buyer’s and Seller’s place of residence.
8.2. If the addresses specified by the parties at the time of signing this agreement change, they are obliged to notify the new address with a registered letter explicitly stating it is a change of address. Otherwise, it will be deemed that any notifications made to the old address are valid.
8.3. The stamp duty related to this agreement will be paid by the Seller.
8.4. The information provided in this agreement is given for commercial purposes in good faith and in a manner that protects minors, persons lacking legal capacity, or those with limited legal capacity, in accordance with the means of remote communication used.
- ENFORCEMENT
This agreement comes into effect on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
